Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to Hi Happiness cardholders and the aforementioned partner brands including Limbaga 77 Cafe Restaurant and Pino Restaurant.
I. Registration & Activation
• The Hi Happiness card is available for purchase seasonally and will be announced at our digital channels.
• Hi Happiness is free for every single-receipt purchase amounting to a minimum of Php 3,000, available primarily in Limbaga 77 Cafe Restaurant and Pino Restaurant. The customer is allowed one card per single-receipt transaction.
• Registration will be gathered by a designated staff for on-site activation. Data Privacy policies apply.
• Customers will then be given the Hi Happiness card along with its serial number, and may enjoy exclusive gifts and store discounts upon the card’s issuance.
• The Hi Happiness card will also be gifted to customers named as celebrants after booking and completion of the event reservation in Limbaga 77 Cafe Restaurant and Pino Restaurant.
II. Ownership
• Hi Happiness is applicable for dine-in transactions only. Cannot be used in conjunction with existing store promos, PWD & Senior Citizen benefits, on weekends, and holidays. Partner stores will advise customers if the card is applicable for usage on holidays or pre-existing promo periods.
• The Hi Happiness card allows transactions made by other users, as long as the card is presented upon purchase. No card, no benefits.
• Hi Happiness will not be responsible for lost cards, damages, and forgery. For incident reports, customer care is available: info@hihappiness.me, or any of our partner stores’ channels.
• As a gift, damaged & lost cards can be replaced upon another single-receipt transaction amounting to a minimum of Php 3,000.
• Misuse of Hi Happiness includes intentional card duplication. Any detected misuse shall be subject to investigation and termination of ownership.
III. Gifts
• Each Hi Happiness card grants the customer a 10% discount for every single-receipt transaction, on Mondays to Thursdays, no minimum amount required, in Limbaga 77 Cafe Restaurant and Pino Restaurant, and any of our partner brands.
• Surprise gifts such as promos, freebies, and benefits are announced on Hi Happiness channels and social media channels of partner stores. Surprise gifts may have separate mechanics applied.
• The Hi Happiness gifts may be shared with other customers, as long as the card is presented upon claiming or in relevant promo transactions.
IV. Program Modifications
Hi Happiness reserve the right to modify or amend the program, whether any part or its entirety, if deemed appropriate and without prior notice. Hi Happiness gifts may be revoked at any given time if a cardholder is proven to have misused the program.
